“Let me help you heal from the inside out.”
Drawing from my experiences with families, individuals, couples, elderly and adolescents while working at a Family and Youth Center and an alternative school for teenagers with mental health issues; I have counseled individuals and families from diverse walks of life. Each client is a unique individual needing their own structured support, coping skills and therapy. I will listen and collaborate a treatment plan most effective for you; that will be tailored for you depending on the context of your life and where you are currently in your life, as we hurdle one obstacle at a time. It is my passion to share this journey with you.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family therapy from Chestnut Hill College.
I offer day and evening hours.
